Job Title: End User Computing Team Lead (m/w/d)

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our global team as an End-User Computing Team Lead for our location in Germany Freiburg. The End-User Computing Team Lead standardized and maintenance software to include system software patches and updates. He also supports for for new Microsoft Windows 10 release models including Current Branch and the Semi-Annual Channel ongoing release model.

Your tasks:

  • Ensure EUC team is adhering to company processes, ITIL approaches and generally ensure the team is using appropriate tools to provide accurate data to help forecasts for equipment procurement, problem resolution trending and efficiency/productivity of the team
  • Prioritize day-to-day tasks with key project initiatives for local and regional EUC team members
  • Utilizes a driven approach to provide continuous improvement in daily tactical tasks and in suggesting process and policy improvement
  • Participate in and lead customer project meetings, problem resolution sessions and periodic ‘state-of-the-business’ reviews.
  • Effective expectation and escalation management
  • Monitor SLA commitments
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance & Compliance of Standard Operating Procedure [SOP] Technical Skillsets
  • Ability to train & enhance technical knowledge of the team
  • Proficient in creating & reporting operational metrics
  • Assist End User Computing (EUC) Manager in building strategic and tactical plans

Required Skills:

  • Experience in managing/leading medium size team with team members located around the world
  • Several years of experience in end-user computing and related support processes, support tools and EUC applications (including Microsoft and IT Security product suites
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Enterprise OS, Azure, AWS, O365, Microsoft Security suite – Defender, Bitlocker, Intune and AutoPilot, MacOS, iOS
  • Knowledge of SCCM / SCOM is advantageous
  • Good knowledge on MS technologies such as MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Fluent in German and English
